Return Policy

We have found that most returns are due to improper sizing even though we provide size charts throughout our site to try to avoid this issue.   We are happy to try to assist you if you need sizing help or have questions when ordering during normal business hours or by email.   We do understand that sometimes things do not fit correctly no matter how carefully we measure our pets.  

 

  • Please email us at customerservice@hollywoodpoochie.com for a return authorization number. Return authorization will be emailed to you and merchandise must be returned within 14 days.   After 14 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for returns over 14 days. Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns.
  • Hollywood Poochie requests that any merchandise returned for any reason must be in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. We need the original condition to be unworn (no pet hair, please).  Of course we understand that the outfit may be tried on but please remove all pet hair before returning. If there is pet hair there will be no refund.  The item must also be unwashed, unused (not dirty, not slobbery, no teeth marks, and no smoke scent). Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.
  • Items returned without a return authorization number, past 14 days, or not in original condition will not be returned to customer.
  • All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 5 days upon arrival to our facility.
  • The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate.  Simply apply the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any the designated shipping facility (either UPS or FedEx).  NOTE: Return shipments are not eligible for scheduled pick-ups by UPS or FedEx.
  • We currently only offer free returns for orders shipped in the 48 contiguous states.  However , if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, you may return items at your own expense using any trackable and insured shipping method.  Please contact our Customer Service team for detailed instructions.
  • We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization for returns.  Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.  Please include the order number, date, and item number and describe the defective merchandise. We may ask that you provide us with a photo of the damaged item.

 

Canceled or modified orders must be done prior to 12 PM Pacific Time to stop or modify order. Email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer’s responsibility to send the package back Hollywood Poochie and the original return policy will be applied.

 

Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of new order.  If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed shipping costs.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale and NO RETURNS.
